Training Needs Analysis
'A competent workforce is a safe workforce'. In order to determine the level of competence within the workforce, an analysis of the level of training against legal compliance and best practice is conducted (Ideally during a H&S Audit).Designed to identify shortfalls in training we design a realistic training plan throughout the financial year based on availability of workforce and quiet periods. Requires a firm commitment from the employer to meet the target compliance dates. (Often training grants and government funding is accessible)
